Formes pseudo-néoplasiques des BOOP - 16/04/08

Chronic obstructive bronchiolitis with organizing lung disease is an anatomoradioclinical entity characterized by nonspecific inflammation associated with recurrent migratory minimally dense alveolar opacities on the chest x-ray poorly responsive to corticosteroid therapy. Excepting this typical presentation, other clinical forms may occur. We report the cases of two patients with an exceptional localized presentation raising the differential diagnosis of lung cancer.

Les bronchiolites oblitérantes avec pneumopathie en voie d'organisation (BOOP) constituent une entité anatomo-radio-clinique caractérisée par un syndrome inflammatoire non spécifique associé à des opacités radiologiques alvéolaires, peu denses, migratrices, récidivantes et très corticosensibles. En dehors de cette présentation habituelle, d'autres formes radio-cliniques peuvent se rencontrer. Nous rapportons deux observations d'une forme localisée, plus rare, qui constitue un diagnostic différentiel des cancers bronchiques.
