Établir une alliance thérapeutique en tabacologie dans le cadre des thérapies comportementales et cognitives - 08/04/09

L’alliance thérapeutique qui se crée dans le cadre d’une thérapie comportementale et cognitive (TCC) est appelée rapport collaboratif. La participation active du patient est fondamentale.

Cette étape initiale est indispensable mais non suffisante à la thérapie. Dans un premier temps, nous avons développé la notion de rapport collaboratif nécessitant empathie, authenticité, chaleur et professionnalisme et la technique d’entretien des 4 R. Les quatre techniques pour augmenter la motivation sont discutées.

Les notions de réactances et de résistances ainsi que les pièges de la thérapie sont développés. Puis un exemple pratique d’alliance thérapeutique est proposé.

The therapeutic alliance that is created within the framework of behavioural and cognitive therapy is called the collaborative relationship. The active participation of the patient is fundamental.

This initial stage is indispensible but insufficient for treatment. As a first step we have developed the notion of a collaborative relationship requiring empathy, truthfulness, warmth and professionalism and the technique of discussion of the 4 R. The four techniques to increase motivation are discussed.

The notions of reaction and resistance as well as the pitfalls of this therapy are explored. Finally a practical example of therapeutic alliance is presented.
