We describe the outcome of a case of berylliosis observed in a dental laboratory technician. The diagnosis was suspected from the clinical and radiographic features and was confirmed by beryllium lymphocyte transformation test on bronchoalveolar lavage fluid. The patient recovered after cessation of exposure to beryllium.
