Résumé

Les cancers bronchiques à petites cellules localisés au thorax ont un traitement bien validé associant de manière concomitante radio et chimiothérapie. Cependant il reste encore quelques inconnues notamment à propos des modalités de la radiothérapie.

Abstract

A combination of chemotherapy and radiotherapy is the standard treatment for limited stage small cell lung cancer. We are waiting for results from randomized trials which will shed light on the modalities of radiotherapy.
